    Important Notice

    The most common cause of lights not working/not turning on is a tripped GFCI outlet or a tripped circuit breaker that supplies power to the transformer(s). Maintaining power to the electrical outlets is the responsibility of the homeowner and therefore not covered under LDF's maintenance services.

    If our technician arrives and determines that the outlet supplying the transformer does not have power, a $75 trip charge will apply, regardless of whether you are covered under a maintenance agreement.
